Where do you deliver?

We Deliver to all mainland areas in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

USA deliveries up to the value of £ 400 on small parts only.

Do your Prices include VAT?

Yes, all the prices online include VAT. You will receive a UK VAT invoice for all purchases.

Do you import any products which might affect my guarantee in the UK?

No, all of our products are purchased through the Authorised UK companies.

Can I collect my goods from yourStore?

Only if you order the goods over-the-phone. Tel

Do you not stock all of the goods listed?

Most spare parts are in stock.

When will the goods be delivered?

Most spare parts are in stock. All other items will be ordered directly with the manufacturer. Please call 0845 2269 312

If you have ordered multiple items, your delivery will be dispatched when the last item comes in.

What happens if an item is wrong or damaged?

Please make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and inform us within 48 hours. Damaged goods should not be accepted on delivery.The damaged product MUST cleary marked on the consignment note and a short explaination of the damage.

Internet Product Returns.

(Showroom / Face-to-Face sales are excluded from this option).

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, or the product is unsuitable. We are happy to refund the item within 7 days of signing for the consigment. Alternatively, we will be happy to assist you in choosing a suitable replacement item. Please make sure that the product is returned as new, unopened, in the original packaging and fit for transportation.If any items show signs of installation, missing parts and/or packaging will refuse any refund requested. Remember that it is the customers responsibility (and expense) to arrange the delivery of return items to us.

Delivery charges.

Delivery charges are based on various factors which include Weight, Size & Location. It also depends on the final purchase price.

You can find out the final delivery costs to your area before you commit to purchase. (Although you will have to register)
